Medra: *tries to open apple sauce, can't and grabs the jar opener and still is unable to*
Me: *I take it, put down the jar opener and open it with my hands*
Medra: *pouts*
Me: Don't worry--you loosened it for me!
Medra: I appreciate you trying to save my masculinity, but I was born with a vagina so it was doomed from the start!
Me: *ROTFLMAO*

I love my roomies. Currently watching (and riffing on) Robotech with Jess & Medra.
Going to go get some foods.

Apropos of I have no fuckin' clue Medra & I were talking about how there was an 11th commandment, but it didn't get written down. Here is how I imagine this went...

"...AND LASTLY, THYNE SHALL NOT PLACEITH THYNE DICK INTO THE CRAZY."

Israelites catch up with writing the other 10 and look how nicely it is spaced and even before looking to each other.
"Well, we have it all spaced out so nicely...besides, it's kinda common sense, no?" (Because ancient Jews spoke with a Brooklyn accent)

AND THUS THE 11TH COMMANDMENT WAS FORGOTTEN.

THE END...?

IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING DEAR LORD YES.

So, it's official, I'm getting an iPhone. I know I sound so freakin' materialistic right now, but I don't care. This will free me up so I won't be carrying as much crap with me not to mention that I can share stuff with all of you and my girls when I'm actually in Israel. That's what I'm most excited about, being able to share that with people. I'm lucky to be able to go back and I'm grateful for the chance, doesn't mean I didn't wish I had someone my own age who liked the same kind of things that I do going with me. As of now, it looks as if I'll be either with my parents or with Sam and or Lauren. Don't get me wrong, I love Sam and Lauren, but I'm waaaaaay more into history than them--not to mention some of the art I want to check out is in churches, not sure how they're gonna deal with that so I'm hoping I can go with my parents.

Anyway, I'm just so excited--I've waited 4 years for this, nearly convinced my parents multiple times to switch to AT&T but they changed their minds at the last minute.

So today I went to Verizon and figured out what I'm doing then called Mum about it, so I was hanging in front of Crate & Barrel, about halfway between Apple & Verizon right, and I'm standing there--on the phone and this guy (not a hobo, nor clown) walks up to me and hands me the following, saying "This is for you" and walks away.

Which is now in our kitchen.

I call this a good day.
