For the next two weeks, I will be talking as little as possible.....I know...what a challenge...
I have something called lichen planus in my mouth...sounds as miserable as it is.... anyway, it hasn't healed in 10 weeks....so, the oral surgeon says that I have to limit my speaking and eat only soft foods for 2 weeks. I also have to wash my mouth out with salt water 4 times a day, get lots of sleep and eat lots of green leafy veges......hopefully all of this will work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
