The mind must wrap around the feet.
Oct. 30th, 2007 11:57 amOkay, so this is going to drive me ape shit!
So in Topics of Fashion on Film we watched a snippet of this documentary of Leonardo Da Vinci. ((The Life of Leonardo Da Vinci (1972))) It was about how he did a stage production (and designed all the equipment and costumes) for a rendition of Bernardo Bellincioni's La Festa del Paradiso. My teacher (the amazing David Nolta!) was showing us some of his sketches, both costumes and things that'd be similar to what he designed. And I was in love. BUT I CAN'T FUCKING FIND SHIT! I've searched so many things, and this is what I've gotten:
''On 13th January Leonardo produces the stage set for Bernardo Bellincioni’s La Festa del Paradiso (“Feast of Paradise”) performed in the Castello Sforzesco, Milan, to celebrate the wedding of Gian Galeazzo Sforza and Isabella of Aragon.''
Wiki's TINY bio's of the couple married.
And 2 sketches, neither of which was what he showed us!
