word_never_saidTo keep proper track of this I'm going to look back a month at the Wii Fit and record everything. Right now, I (on average) wear a size 20.
7/31: 249.9 lbs (36.82)
8/07: 243.4 lbs (36.89)
8/17: 244.5 lbs (37.85)
8/25: 242.7 lbs (36.70)
8/31: 240.3 lbs (36.42)
Next BMI Goal: 36.35
Wow....looking at it like that makes it feel different.
Currently in RI with my family. Sam's here and we just spent the evening with him and his new girlfriend Laura. I'm exhausted but more later.
